I have heard this song several times and I have always wanted to know what it is and who its by but its a pretty hard tune to hum to someone and I have only heard it on commercials. Certainly someone here knows what it is. Its featured in the video on this link.

This is what the Mission Impossible theme that I know of sounds like. Close but barely the same. Unless thats the name of a song from some techno artist I think you're mistaken.
