I like the eyes. I think with a little more time on detail this would look really nice. :)

such bold outlines makes the space in between them look plain, I would add more detail and contrast. especially to her outfit.

not sure how to say this. you need more in the picture, but you need to simplify the content. someone once told me "simplify it, but don't make it simpler"

its too muddy, you need to define your lines more, maybe the background trees just make them into silhouettes, it does need more contrast also. just clean it up. most animes are have strong rim lighting on characters and such. maybe experiment with the moonlight if this is in the night to give that extra kick on your character.
