This looks great Dan. The textures on the buildings and rocks are really nice. I might add a slight displacement map to the ground plane. It seems a little too flat.

Very nice, i like the design.
Maybe you could do better for the lighting. The shadows could me more smooth.
Anyway, good work.

hey dandavis!
Looks good.
I think you can achieve a better look workin' more in lighting. That's because I think that the GI of the scene is extremely powerful. It looks like a artificial light, and doesn't like the light from a star, in a planet.
Maybe a fog effect for generate athmospheric perspective could give more deep to the scene.
Just my point of view.
Think about it.
Anyway, It looks good!

It's a nice image - a couple of things:
The lighting is a little overwhelming; this would be a better scene if you consider hte lighting a little more :D
The distressing on the buildings seems a little large - the scratches and marks are the same size on the massive buildings as they are on the tallest robot.
The ground betrays it's origins as a flat plane a little too much; I'd go with Trevorn's advice and add a displacement map to that :D
