After watching some different CSI type programs, I have become really interested in what I am calling the "CSI Effect". This is basically the change in people's expectations of what Forensic Animations should deliver.
I have had discussions with people where I introduce myself and what I do and they naturally relate to what is most familiar to them via television.
Hollywood seems to always be pushing the reality limits so what about the legal stuff?
Do you think that Legal/Forensic Animations should be pushing into the hyper-real territory? What are the arguments for or against reality vs. prejudice?
Cheers,
Eugene
