Dalek, Exterminate! Exterminate!

Well, I've decided to work on a new personal project. I've been watching Dr. Who for the last few seasons and really been getting into it. I thought it would be fun to model something from the show. No, not Billie Piper. The Dalek. So, here's a reference shot for those of you who don't know. And then I've posted a very rough beginnings. I figure that if I post my work here, it'll push me to finish. Comments, crits, rotten cabbages all welcome. Let me know what you think.

Well, I added the rest of the spheres and their surrounds. I know, it's not a lot, but that's what work overtime will do to a personal project. Hopefully more will come this weekend although I'm on call all weekend. Such is life.

Had a few more minutes to work on this guy. I've fleshed out the gun and started shaping out the shoulders. I know, it's not a lot, but it's what I've had the time for. Let me know what you think.
