I just need some help in creating a 'stamp' texture.
Like this:

What would be the best way to do this?

I am fairly new to texturing, and not very good at it, all I have tried so far is having different stuff in opacity, didn't get the desired effect :(

Opacity Maps should be grayscale images, with Black as transparent, White as completely Opaque, and shades of grey everything inbetween. I have attached the image you should be using for your Opacity.

in photoshop. Paint would also work, but grrrr.

A greyscale map is just a picture with different shades of grey.

In an opacity map the lighter the grey is, the more opaque the texture will be. If the color is black, the texture will be perfectly clear, as though there is nothing there.

This concept can also be applied t bump, specularity and many other types of maps/textures.
