Vector Art -(WIP)

Well here is a pic that Im currently working on.I know its a WIP but I didnt really want to post it in the WIP forum as I wanted a 2D artists view on it. See if you can guess who it is :) Also if you really want I could write a short tutorial on how I did it, if you want that is.Please give me some comments and remember its still WIP! :D Here it is :

yep it is. It was my girlfriend who asked me to do it so I thought Id do it for a laugh :) Well this is a SLIGHT update! I need to do the ears and some other bits and bobs :) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE crit, oh and do you want a tutorial???

heres another update, been working on this on and off today for around 2 hours.I think its looking pretty good.Got he ears done but they still need a little work. Please tell me what you think of the pic.And also, do you want me to do a tutorial on the method I use? Thanks, C&C please :)

looks cool, but those lips look a bit too much like a photograph for me ;) (although there is nothing wrong with painting over a photo, hehe, i did it for my current avatar! it gives you a lot greater satisfaction if you do it all by yourself, from scratch)
still it looks really great, clean and simple, just the way it should be

oh, and yeah, sure tell us how you did it!

Good work, but I would make the lips look more like the rest ... or the rest look more like the lips ... what ever you want.

If you wanna write a tutorial, then go ahead and do so. Whatever level of technicality, there will be someone who wants/needs to use it.

The newer lips bother me a little ro real for a vector drawing.

i´m agree with evil_radish The colours are to close to the source photo. Try to change the colors for stunning effects. Take a look at Super Looper´s (http://superlooper.de/) Visuals To know what i mean ;)
