hi guyes
here's a little new render i've made the last two weeks.
the rendertime was a little bit long, because the most materials have a little glossy reflection.
14hour's on my slow p3 866'er.i hope you like it!!!
rendered with 3dmax/vray

I'm really impressed by this piece. Very real. Reminds me of my student housing, only clean!
Lighting is fanastic, I imagine you spent a lot of your time on that rather than the modelling. How do you get that bright glowing look in the upstairs window? Really neat effect.
Congratulations on a stunning piece. When is the guided tour?

I think it's also interesting that you built the second flight of stairs! What a perfectionist :P

How did you get the directional light to shine through the Vray light.
Even if I set my Vray lights to non visible it blocks the light from regular max lights

Absolutely great work, "MASTER of Lighting" i would say. I also spend much time for setting the ligth in my scenes.
But this is really wonderful, and very realistc.
wow, this is just beautiful:eek:
where is the third vray light? i can see only two and one spot light
