THE Sculpting Challenge - 005 (http://forums.3dtotal.com/showthread.php?t=59879) - Voting
The fifth sculpting challenge final entries are in and it's time to decide a winner. This job rests in the hands of you, the participants and spectators! We're sticking to the same voting system as earlier. Find your three favorite entries and rank them from first to third giving them points according to this formula:
1st: 3 points
2nd: 2 points
3rd: 1 point
-Only the rank and names are required, and we would prefer if the thread is kept clean of chatter and such, but feel free to give a reason why you chose the ones you did.
-In order for your vote to be valid, your post count must be 50 or above to prevent a "fixed election". Only exception is if you have contributed an entry yourself.
-It goes without saying that all voters MUST look through each of the entries before posting their score, and only entries from the final submissions thread are valid.
-Don't vote for yourself.
We will add up all the points and announce the winner on Tuesday July 15th at 10:00 AM GMT, or if we see it fit before that (no votes for 24 hours etc).
Best of luck to everyone!

MonteCristo-3DT : 3rd - two people killing each other while maintaining a creepy face, yes creeps galore.

2nd: Mafida - Sheer detailing and going with the theme too.

1. siamakcgm - Incredible in so many ways. Leaving me speechless.
2. MonteCristo-3DT - Excellent dynamic pose. You captured a great sense of movement. Pretty rare thing to see in today's digital sculptures.
3. mrpeculiar - Many sculptures that have tested the limits of the box, but your dragon has pushed it to a new level.

1.siamakcgm - great sculpt, tons of details, looks and feels like sculpted out of stone. Brings out a creepy yet beautiful mood.
2.MonteCristo-3DT - excellent sculpt. Great story telling going on. Very creepy.
3.bryzol - Nice sculpting. Nice pose with the skull and scythe. Pretty creepy not to be able to see her whole face with the long hair, nice touch.

1. mafida: he looks like a tortured soul and a statue to be found in a crypt (and perhaps a little like he is having trouble on the toilet ;))
2. Puckducker: very graveyardy and an appropriate mood
3. MonteCristo: great sculpting and tension
Lots of great sculpts again so it was really hard to choose. I suppose in the end I went for sculpts that looked to me most like statues (on reflection, something I'm not happy about with my own sculpt). bgen - I like the stylisation of your sculpt - sort of reminds me of Boboli's dwarfen Bacchus (http://photo.net/photo/pcd0800/boboli-bacchus-fountain-79). Iron Boot - I thought the texturing and weathering on yours was great and I like the way you did the soul at the bottom front (I just thought the woman was a bit out of place).

really hard to make decision.most of them are really good and most of the good looking sculpt used the same concept:sitting on a rock.so I try to judge on factors of how the mesh were manipulated, the concept and idea and how good it turn out in the end.anyway this challenge is awesome!!!
