Salami Pizza - oh my god!

I need to model a highly realistic model of a salami pizza. :D

As you can imagine, modelling a pizza with all the details is not too easy - especially the cheese on the salami, the cheese borders, bump-maps etc.

Please let me know your suggestions, how you would model a realistic pizza.

I think there's a 3dmax tutorial file on a cheeseburger wrapped in foil. Not sure but I think it's part of extra's on the disc. This may be worth looking at to see how the bits and bobs were tackled!
