hypothetically if you want to download the webinar to your hardrive you can use a firefox addon called Video DownloadHelper 3.2. the file will come up as a .flv click on that one and change the extention to .swf you will need an .swf player to view the file though. alternatively you can get the link to the .swf in the source code (ctrl-u in firefox, view>source IE) then just go find .swf it should be the first one there. I dont think this is stealing as they are showing it for free anyway.
