The concept: an agile perimeter security bot guard with a photon mini-gun and a fully operational hand in order to be able to grab another weapon, push bottons or hold on in case it falls from the watch tower. It's light weight, and sensitive components like radio, sonar, cpu are all built in it's rather large legs, in case it takes a hit from the waist line up it can still send an alarm signal
and detailed coordinates of impending attackers.

This is a combat bot, coming back half destroyed from a battle with the Goliaths giant alien bots. The cpu and main operating equipment is protected inside a movable floating tank inside it's
titanium alloy helmet, able to take several blows and keep on ticking.

they look pretty cool but i think the ideas about protecting the cpu are ingenuitive. keep going!

My only suggestion is to get back to basics with your drawing skills. Don't crop you character at the waste and try to do a better pose. Also find some reference material to aid you in the design. You also need to improve your coloring skills here...
