Here's a samurai model I made in 3ds Max for a short animation I'm working on. Like to hear some comments.

Looks good, but I think you need to work a little on the textures, like the skin:)
I'll have to agree with you there rubberduck. I tryed to get away with using simbiont skin so i didn't have to uv map it. Mabye I should think about uv mapping it and making some textures. What do you think about the other textures?

The overall design is fine. The toes look a little bulbous and the skin is to plasticky. Keep it up. :)
Thanks for the comments. I'll look into getting the textures better, especially the skin. Yeah the feet are abit fat. I'll fix that up to when i get the time.
