Hi guys (this is my first time)
I want to make an underwater ruins, but in the deepest sea were there is not ligth.
So the ligth source will be some volcanoes in the deep sea.
The ruins will be city of petra, with some ruins of greece and some atatues.

that cool.. like the rain effect.. but think the lava might be a bit to over powering for the scene..

You are rigth,
it is very dificult to do it because in the deep sea there is no ligth from sun.
So I had no references, and it became like rain.
But I'm going to ask it in the forum mattepainting.org,
maybe there are some professional that may have good ideas about it.
Maybe next time I will do better.

well if you post up for psd file i can have a look at it.. Alternativily i would perhaps suggest using a lightening effect rather than fire.. perhap that would look cooler..
