Looks good. Did you use any refs? Everything looks great except for the beard, because if you look you can see squiggly lines, but hey, he is a dwarf, they don't clean their beards right?:D

I think that ther eis to much light inside the helmet on the left of him. I feel like it would a bit darker under there. Tell if you dont understand what I pointing at.

It's nice, it makes really good impression, when you look at it in fragments, but it doesn't look like the one picture, it looks more like a collage combined of different fragments of picures. It's because of the shading. Where the red material is shaded, the brest is not, etc.
Another thing is, that you don't feel the geometry in it. The helmet for example - the lines of carvings, the enges of te helmet are not paralell to each ither, there is no general curve that they go with, the cap of the helmet - the filling lines are straight, not round...you should accent the geometry with every line that you do there. The same goes for the arm - it looks like cut.
Don't get me wrong, it looks very good, every texture is really detailed and great, the carvings are great, but it doesn't create the convincing body - aka looks like a collage of photos.

it looks like you took a bunch of pics out of a magazine and glued them together to make a pic of gimly. Looks kinda cool but unrealistic.
