video card

I just got a Intense 3D Wildcat 4000 video card . I want to put it in my current system which is a p4 1.8 GHz with 512 MB, but I am not sure if thats can keep up with the wildcat, should i add more ram or upgrade the processor to xeon? I want to run 3dmax on win2000.

anybody have experience with wildcat 4000? is it a decent card? what are some good and bad about it? thanks!
