AVATAR – comic – Sushy – ‘Cat Commander’

Hello,
I am quite new at these forums. I would like to enter this contest too. ^^ I have seen many people here who have human characters (or characters that look human) for their entries, but I want no humans in my drawings for this entry. I am going to make a cat army and the commander of the army would be my avatar. Right now I am just doing my first sketches and I started to draw some random cats. This is more doodling around to get some more ideas for it and such.

This work is progressing very slow.. :( Anyway, here is a new sketch. I think this is the final one, there will be added more, but this is the base. :)

His name is Nandou. =) And first I had the idea to paint this cat, but now I decided to use the pen tool instead of the brush tool. :P

I have an update now, I continued with the pen tool. And yeah I decided to change the category to 'comic', I thought that would match better with the work I am creating.

Perhaps you might want to ask the mods to change the title of this thread 'cause you only changed the title of the first post.

This is my final image. The Cat Commander resides in this fog of battle, where he belongs.
