Nice modelling and textures, the bump on the wall is exaggerated and the edges at the entrance is sharp, for an old house it would be more blunt and damaged. Apart from those minor thing, its excellently done.

looks very nice, lighting is good but like someone said the bump on the wall is exaggerated.
