I need a 3ds viewer that packs the texture separate

I need to distrubute a model to a non 3d literate user with the texture separate so the user can edit the texture in a paint program then reload the model with their modifications on it.

Preferably it will be free so the end user doesn't have to buy the viewer or have me bring a PC with the software installed. Actually be going to the end user is not practical.

Anyone have any tips?

xNormal has a decent viewer built in.

Might be a bit heavy for someone completely 3d illiterate though.

and also New PDF file Format suport 3d model and can be lock.
so you can move rotate and everything on non 3d program base.
