Maggot Texture

I was wondering if anyone know any good ways to make good incest textures, paticularly a maggot texture, or knows a place to download said textures.

I REALLY hope you meant 'insect'...:eek:
Best bet is to do an image search on either google or altavista for maggots & try to find some decent reference material. Then its a case of painting bump specular and colour maps, (minimum - you could always paint diffusion, reflection, specular colour... etc etc) onto a UV map of your model. You might want to check out Leigh's texturing tips series over at cgtalk in the texturing forum. (but remember to come back here, kay? :D)
