The Horseman War was a woman in the novel "Good Omens". She was a war reporter that traveled the globe covering brush fire conflicts. Great read really.
This could be very cool, great choice.

I think is this an amazing choice, a very unique and interesting character to do the swap with.

@mel - Always nice to see another Pratchett / Gaiman fan...

I love Mad's work. Makes me wanna cry. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing this. Best part is...no one can really really really tell you it's wrong. It's not like they've run around for hours with him...yet :) Love your work Brand, now make me look bad!

Where's the concept art!?! Nice work on the glove...seems too short for me though. But without the overall idea I might be way off bar here.

I would like to see the figure before seeing any armor pieces. The figure is whats most important, if the proportions and anatomy is off, everything is off.

Brand will do great on the anatomy and form I'm sure. But like i said before we can't really give any crits to much other than personal taste unless we know what the end product is going to look like.

Now I don't like the glove...too...big. I never thought I'd say that. Anyway, it looks more like a huge maul on her short little arm than a cool weapon.

Hood needs to be farther away from the face and down a tad more. and BIGGER boobs. I'm pretty sure if the four horsemen were the four horsewomean they would have had huge...wait. I think I'm just thinking about what the end of the world should be :)

Very cool. I know this is a fantasy character, and some things are exaggerated in the concept. Based on the concept to be true to it, then you do want the exaggerated armor pieces. But, if you want to change it up to be more realistic then you would want to scale that gauntlet armor piece on the arm down. Its your design and its your call. Personally, if you want my honest oppinion, I would scale that gauntlet down to be somewhat more a realistic size. But, thats me. Once again, that is your call. Keep up the good work.

At this point in the model I wouldn't say it's a matter of realistic vs stylized. But that claw hand thing does look wrong. Your modeling looks great so I hope it won't be too difficult to fix but I think the main problem is that there is no defined wrist. The wrist and the upper fingers are well defined in the referance art, but your hand looks rather bulky and not at all agile. Hope this is an easy fix at this point. Also it may benefit you to move the claw hand thing further out on the arm just so you have a bit more room to do stuff with the shoulders.

not sure if you had more stuff to go on or not. Here's what I found today while drooling of Joe's work.

I've never heard of this Joe Mad guy ( I know I know, point and laugh), but I'm not much of a comic book guy. But now that I have, I've been looking at some of his work, and I'm very glad that I've been introduced to him. What a true artist

Great choice for the gender bender. It'll be really nice to see how this one pans out. But I have to agree with everyone else. That glove just doesn't work. I'd make her bigger too, I know it's WIP, but I'd exaggerate her proportions, more so in the upper torso and shoulders

Lookin good
