ok i have decided to join in. Im a big DBZ fan and even b4 seeing the anime i seen vageta and was a instant fan of him :) . So bending his gender to a hot chick will be fun :) im going to maodel her as she landed on earth first series just exiting the pod.

The concept is good so far, but are you sure you don't wanna try to hit Akira Toriyama's art style more closely? Just take a look at something like Blue Dragon or Dragon Quest 8/9 (or the DBZ: Budokai games). His stuff looks really good in 3D, and if you're doing one of his characters, I think you should keep the style; especially the eyes - the eyes Toriyama draws are very distinct:

Haha...there are only a few DBZ characters i like in the series and Vegeta is one of them. But to make a female version is even better. You should change her name from Vegeta to Vegina (lol). Also in the reference pic maybe when you make her you should tone down her muscle mass a little.

new here i know exactly wat u mean about the name i was soooooo tempted to put it as my thread title :) ... i am thinking of making her more feminine and less defined than the male counterpart but will try add in hints of the actual muscel sructure just beneath the surface

Something to consider is the color base. Her bikini bits should be white with gold/yellow accents as you have them now, but she should also be wearing a blue bodystocking like her male counterpart. If you do that you can still sculpt all the muscle and womanly curves under it. Also any rips or tears in her suit to represent damage will stand out more with her skin color peeking out.
Overall it is still a good choice and I look forward to where you go with it.

Anyway. I have to agree with Mel about the blue body suit. While the images that you have up are way sexier without the blue I think it is actually losing the cross over. It's more just a chick with a green thing on her eye. I do love the single hip pad though! A great way to break the sym and get that sexy look thing going.

she looks more like raditz, there is nxt to no similarity between ur pic and vegeta. break down vegeta into catagories for example whats his personality like? looks at his height weight clothes style, colours, certain feautured that mite stand out and try portray them in ur own way. the blue suit is a very important thing to have as its tradmark to vegeta, no1 else has those strong bold blues. try understand ur character more, reember we are trying to portray the same persoanlity and characteristics so if u want her sexy u also need her looking very powerful and evil try not deviate from the original character. hope this helps :)

i know about the blue body suit :) i just did that concept cause big toe keeps askin for see through stuff :P and i am really thinking of changing the hairstyle to its still early days so im trying out hair styles and costumes

That IS true, what gegrazion said. A lot of the Saiyans (hell, a lot of what Toriyama does period) looks similar. You're really gonna have to think about what defines Vegeta (though honestly, it may just be his blue body suit) visually at least and translate that.

Here's as good a place as any to get better:) Time to practice, practice, practice. Winning is secondary imho - that's for guys like L3XICON to worry about:D

For me, what I think really defines Vageta is what happens in his face, angry looking eyes and a grin, and his weird shaped forehead of course...he's almost like that all the time.

You could go for tha Majin Vageta as well, could help identify your character as a female Vageta.
