may i know what is procedural material and how can i do that?

A producal texture means that the texture for a model has been created inside your 3D application, and doesnt make use of textures created from bitmaps.

Procedural means that the texture is calculated through a procedure rather than explicitly created or mapped. A good example is a basic noise map which is calculated through a mathematical formula rather than through being pre-defined
