DaddyDoom: Dark who?... :P I didn't want to get back to him (just to think that I'd have to unwrap all those 50+ objects and bake the normals kinda scares me) but I've just discovered a neat plugin for ZBrush so I might be able to import the damn thing in MAX after all.We'll see how it goes once I'm on my main PC.

Looks great, although I´m not sure whether the vest thingy shouldn´t be a tad thicker. But other than that - beauty! Did you use alphas on the seams vrinkles on the vest or did you do that all manually?

Awesome, some real skills right here, very inspirational stuff. Next time i'm doing wrinkled cloth this is what I'll keep in mind to aspire towards.

Ghost-D: All hand work :) I don't use alphas for this kind of stuff. I'm not too happy with some of the wrinkles/folds,though,but I blame ZBrush for that ;P

Awesome work on the folds Alex.

Are you using the Dam_Standard brush by any chance? If not, I'd be worth looking into. It's essentially the pinch + standard brush in the same stroke. Works very well for folds, especially if you need a sharper crease.

Crispy4004: I don't use any custom brushes.In fact, the standard and clay brush are the only ones I use when I work in ZBrush (pinch and flatten are helpful too,though).In Mudbox it's pretty much the same.No fancy stuff :)

very nice gun. the only that bugs me a bit, is that the barrel isnt rifled. you put in all of that detail, and forgot that, thats just a shame.

did oyu made up the gun design on your own or used reference? the barrel looks odd in the front, and you could easily reduce some polies there. the grip also looks a bit wrong. no curved enough etc..

i am going to follow this - looks superb so far.

I think I've done a decent job recreating it in 3D ;) Sure,I cheated in some areas,but the gun isn't the focus of this project.I could've easily skipped most of the detailing,but I thought I could use some practice in polygonal modeling :)
