Zbrush Problem - isolation mode and symetry mistake

Hi guys,

I have made a boo boo :/

i spent the last 2 hours sculpting an arm / leg of a character, but i did it with that part isolated, and i had symetry turn on.
the problem is that the symetry didnt work because the opposide side was hiden while i was sculpting. is there any way to duplicate from one side of the model to the other ? or do i have to now go and sculpt the other side of the model (yawn)..

nevermind... i started flaming zbrush and i think i probably pushed every button in the UI, afterwards i was rotating around my model and noticed something had worked, have no idea wat but anyway *thumbsup*..
