inspired by an image that I saw on DA...I like the color contrast.
Its my 1st project with my brand new modo401 (my new best friend) application and did some ps-postwork.
Background is just an image.

yep, looks like a random arrangement. But i saw it a while ago on deviantart and luv´it, its a matter of taste...I´ve a bad taste:lame:
And I thought it was a good and quick exercise for me to as modo401 newcomer ;)
because of simple models and good light and interesting materials+DOF combined in one image :roll:

Hehe you dont have bad taste. Theoretically there is no such thing as bad taste as each persons oppinion is valid, but I am definately not a fan of modern art, but this piece is cool.

I don't think you could've picked two more uncomfortable colors. I have a headache from just looking at this image.

Everything is done well, modeled well, good angle, nice lighting and texturing. But the color scheme has made me nauseous.

Sorry if this sounded offensive lol. I really didn't mean to make it sound that way

I kinda also have a problem with this piece. I can't look at it, since I can't see one complete object. I want to zoom out, but I can't.

My Concept Design teacher would probably love it though..

As far as I can see, the cup is great. looks quite realistic.
