Hey all, was pointed this way by a friend of mine from another forum.
Ladies and gentleman may i present to you ED 209. 3ds max, vray, some post work in photoshop.
Project originally carried out to get myself back into using 3ds max after not touching it for around four years.
Hope you all enjoy.

Put some displacement and specular on it, it looks too flat right now. Could've relax the loops near edges so it wont look sharp and it will look good.

Sweet texture work. The overall level of detail is very high. Good Job sir.
Always like to see some Robocop lovin'.
Is it fully rigged for animation? If so are you going to do any anims?

cool work, man. i agree he could use some displacement or bumpmapping and some specular mapping. the "eye" is too flat from what i remember from the movies. other then that, it looks ace.

Is this from the tutorial on 3D-Palace, its a great model never the less if so!

Indeed it does look like the tutorial from 3D Palace (I own it myself) and the model is insanely hard to do, even when following the videos, all I can say is props to anyone that manages to finish that awesome knightmarish tutorial. I've tried a few times to do this myself and never had teh heart to finish it due to lack of patience, you sir deserve a 10 out of 10 for effort!
Textures look fab, I don't think you need to work on them at all to be honest, you've done Ed 209 proud. :D
