Once you done that they know where you live and if your serial number is fake so i'd be carefull if you have an illegal version of it. Not that im saying you have though lol

Yeah right uhuh :p

Anyway it's not such a big deal, unless you have a specific bug that's bothering you I wouldn't bother getting the patch it doesn't change any functionality.
