My First Animation Reel

My name is Pere Via,I'm a enthusiastic spanish(sorry for my poor english) animator. I just finished my first demoreel, i know that it's not to much but hopefully the next want will be better.

It's all animated by me, and also modeled the Griffin and the Little chicken

it's nice, i like the simple characters, you can really tell about their personality and current state of mind, although at some points i didn't understand a single word they were saying on spanish it indeed it was spanish

No,the part of the girl shot, it isn't spanish, it is catalan, a dialect that most of the people who live on the east cost of Spain(a region called Catalunya) speaks. That girls is one of the main characters of a TV Series (Sweesters (http://www.sweesters.com/)) that was produced in this region where they speak catalan.

Very nice. You did a great job at making their movements look so natural. I'd recommend adding some motion blur to the renders next time, though I don't think motion blur is important in an animation like this.

for the most part your reel is great.

only minor criticism is to get rid of the turnaround of the griffin model. It's completely out of place in an animation reel.

This is a great demoreel! I had a few problems with the lip sync on several places, but other than that it's great. And yeah, I agree with the other comment, get rid of the turnaround model :)
