here is the pencil sketch I finished, wasted loads of paper so far and went through quite a lot of concepts before sticking with this one.
It reminds me of LOTR eye thing but Im gonna have dragons flying around it, etc.. ;)

could be very interesting but I'd go for a more dramatic perspective/composition, right now seems a bit dull. But you know better what in your mind :)

I completely agree with you, Im trying to do another concept before I do too much to this one ;)
