I won the 1st place on digital painting for the Armageddon challenge and didnt recieve any mail from the sponsors or the 3dtotal staff. How i can get it?Can i have some help?

In the new monthly competitions, beauty render is mandatory along as clay and wires, but mapping, texturing, lighting and rendering are not involved in the time of the speed modeling, since getting the idea across and swiftness is only determined by modeling factor - better machines, or workstations provide for a shorter rendering time, so that's not included in the factor
