My forum is spammed with Generic Viagra Spam how to stop this please

I was trying to google something about this but with no avail. Sorry to bother but really need some help with this.

What we do here for battling spam is the good old report button. Members report spam they see, then a mod will delete and ban the spammer.

You could also add some more verification tools to your forum register system ( like typing the letters in a distorted image, etc )
