Hi! This is going to be my attempt. Based on a concept of a friend of mine with some arrangements.
The horn drawing is mine.

Heres my first wip image after 120 minutes. Can't finish it now, but I'll try this evening. Hope you like it. Please feel free to give any feedback

Happy to see I am not the only one doing a carriage here :P
Hope that with the hour you have left you will be able to do the cow skull, it's one of the most intersting parts in your concept I think.

Ugh, finally did it before dinner. Lots of symmetry modelling and copy-pasting meshes (skulls and horns) to do it in time. Sorry if the cow skull is not too much accurate, but I couldn't do it faster than that.
Now is unwrapping time!:hurt: Thanks for your kind comments mates!
Edit: I forgot to say I ended up at 178 minutes.

Just rendered a quick test to see how the general look was coming out... I like it, but not sure if I should go for a less aged look?

And here you have one final render test, I liked it! Tomorrow will do final comps and submit my final entry post.I catch a stomach virus so I had all the afternoon to dedicate to texturing (though is not my best skill XD)
Hope you like it.

Hi pables. Nice looking skulls on that wagon. I realise this is a bit late for feedback, but if I could make a suggestion I think the door could be highlighted a bit more with a diff texture, and the seats could be made to match the wagon a bit more (either in colour or design).

Yes you're right, but tomorrow I'm going to my girl's house some days, so I don't know if I'm going to have time to fix it, if I found the time, I'll fix it I promise. Thanks for the feedback though, much appreciated anyway.
