Hey guys, finally had some free time today so I've put this together in one sitting, the skulls were done with the 3ds max sculpting tools, and the displacement on the horse collar is a basic cellular procedural. For the thorns I used Neil Blevins wire bundler script and the new branching tool in 3ds max 2010, the detail on the wood planks is also geometry that I created using the topology tool in max 2010. I used the full 3 hours, here is the clay render. Cheers.

ok, this is amazing, it look so perfect, my favorite beauty render so far, defiantly u shod post it after the challenge in the wallpaper section in gallery.
