Also here is my basic sketch.

A ghost in a ghost town apearing in the position it died.
Body near car with an arrow through head.

Dude - I gotta say, an arrow? I thought that she was hit by the car, or shot by a gun in a drive by or something. An arrow strikes me as somewhat out of place - not that I don't appreciate how unique that is. Can't recall too many people who've been arrowed to death recently:D

I like what you're doing here. It's a simple composition, but the focus is clear and it's able to tell a story. Also, the colors are simple and somber; perfect for the mood you're trying to achieve. Plus, you said you're doing the matte challenge too, so it's smart not to try to shoot for something too ambitious here. While it's still early, I can tell from your avatar that you're good, so I'm looking forward to seeing the finished piece. Y'know, IF you finish:) If not, well, I suppose I can go all the way over to the matte challenge and check out your piece there:D

This morning I watched my image, and I have decided to modify a little bit the direction the picture is going.
I want to transform this in a WW2 post-bombing ghost town.
I think it will look god.

The new update is pretty cool, but the background colors are too warm. I think if a little darker is much better for the mood. I am looking forward to the final result. keep it up mate.
