Cool concepts, man! I'm not sure if bikes are allowed, but the model is good.

You chose a very good sketch! I love it :)

Really digging the sketch, model looks pretty good so far, tho I'd suggest scaling her down or the bike up, so you get a size relationship more like you had in the sketch. Also, I'd take a quick look at the size of her head. I can't tell whether its an illusion created by the hat/hair, but her head is looking a tad on the large size. Keep it up.

girl and the bike. thats classy! but I think its gonna be a bit hard to keep in 10k tris. for both of them! =|

Thanks for C&C:) Here is the unsmoothed version. I posed the model and deleted some geometery on the back side to free up some tris so I could put more detail on the front side. I did not model the back of the head, or the eyes because I put googles there. I changed the hair...I was going to scuplt details in zbrush, but decided to make the hair from planes, giving me more variaty if i don't like the hair style later.

I would defo use the remaining tris on the wheel, overall got a nice feeling to it :)

first I would say, the front tire is too wide. But thats just me.
now, to save tris, keep in mind, if you can't see it, it doesn't need to be there. So, the tubes running into the gas tank, they can go. The under side of the fenders can go.

give those tires some lovin! Typically if you want to add in some round shapes, you're going to have to invest the tris into them or suffer the block look. Add a line through the middle of each tire and give it some shape that way, then play with it a bit more to make sure that your untextured tire looks good.
Otherwise, looks great! wonderful concept, can't wait to see more
