Well, is the time for the Sketch, i've made one in a Paper, and retouched in Photoshop

I'll make new york destroyed by Earthquakes, and in the front, the liberty statue, representing that there is still hope
sorry for my English, maybe have lots of mistakes, but, well, u can understand :)

brilliant, your sketch clearly depicts what you want as the outcome and I think that is an awesome concept. I think in your matte you should have clearer skies than that like in your concept. cant wait for more updates.

ah yea, i see what you mean, just to keep gradual colour in it for our eyes sake.
Is that just your plate or is it an update to your matte painting?

yeah, gradual colour looks good
no, its an update, the plate is just like in this image:
