This is looking great. keep up the good work, I know your probably not finished but I feel you should change the buildings on the left to make sure people dont notice the copied buildings. Reminds me of I Am Legend. :D

Just one thing I noticed, where is the reflection of the buildings in the water?

I'm sure they will, but, i think, there is no reason to draw them, when background is permanently changing in process. I guess it will be on few last steps ;)

Really like how you populated your scene. :)
Some of the trees in the far midground and some of the background buildings however seem not yet properly integrated to my eye.

It is quite different kind of picture. It seem as if a hazardous and side lonely corner have been use to show the nature's silent bast destruction pictures. The scenario is quite very natural.
