here's my first attempt...color is still raw, will add some detail for the building later..this phase basically just try to look for the overall view and feel.

start to paint the snow on the building

do the color tweak and start to refine the picture for final result

Ok..I think this one is my final entry..:). Modified a bit the ships and tweak the color to be more purple especially for the mountain. I hope it can add more dramatic sense for the scene. anyway..good luck to all of you that also submit for this challenge. :)

The image picture posted in this forum is fantastic.This pictures seems one of best city pictures.Really this pictures is awesome.This pictures seems the city of iceland.
