heres my concept, thought i might aswell enter this comp seeing as i got a new pen tablet!
i seem to have a problem with it though, its a genius g-pen m712x, and when im making quick scribbly lines the pen sometimes seems to jump to the right alot, creating very annoying straight lines that go right accross the picture, and its doing my head in. anyone else have the same problem? im sending off an email to genius about it, im pretty sure its not the pen but the drivercause it doesnt havppen in paint.
anyway, enough ranting, heres the sketch! basicly a big two headed wolf, i might make him standing on hind legs. if you look closely youll see the annoying straight lines i was on about, ive covered them up a bit.

Cool scribble. I like the idea of combining cerberus with a snow wolf.
Now let's move to polys. :)

Hey Rez!
Yes, i've made all of them, i started as a traditional sculptor,
Until i got adicted with 3D sculpting :)
It's been 6 months now that i started with 3D, that's wy my website still
without 3D models, this year i'll update it with my models,
I'm really glad you liked it, very much appreciated
Cheers

Hi Rezdoggy! I like the two headed idea really much:D
I don't know how you did that, because i can't see from these pictures, but the connection of the necks i think should be like you did on the top of the nose. Triangles doesn't suite those jobs really well, especially when it comes to mapping.
i said it wrong.. you can do it with triangles, just try to avoid big angles.
At least, these are my experiences so far, maybe i'm wrong about this:D so i don't know, just try it out, and if it works, then great!:D
The rest of the model is pretty solid, i like it! Especially the teeth!
Looking forward on the fur:D

Hi Rezdoggy. I like your model. Is a cool ideia. Keep going.
About the white box press "J" to turn on/off. It surround the object that is selected. It is useful when you have many objects in the viewport.
Good luck!

Thankyou so much snakeeaterjns, you have no idea how much that was annoying me :P i decided id try my hand at sculpting in zbrush... i dont think its bad for a first try :)
Cordero: cheers. And yea, the bit between the heads is being quite troublesome im still working out how to make it work ;P although im not too bothered about the bit between the heads, im going to cover that up with alpha fur

Thanks for the feedback guys. Im pretty new to this, i dont know how to retopogolize my model. ive read that you can use the polyboost tools with max 2010, which i have. Has anyone got a good link to a tutorial or got any tips on how to do that? would be much appreciated :)

sculpted the body. i dont really have any references to wolf anatomy, so i just made up the muscles :P its not gona matter too much as it will be covered with fur. im going to use topogun on a friends computer to retopogolize it.
also a quick render with the head(s), gona sort its neck out ;)
