They go, "I'm HER MAAAN!!"
love the color study, especially the 1st and 2nd. however there's some anatomical problem, i believe u can fix them. good luck

Lol! I like the design of the abominable snowman. You should do a super close up detailed version of him.

thanks guys.. ur right randize the anatomy arent perfect. I'm not that happy with the
anatomy of the snowman but he is covered mostly with hairs so I didn't worry too much about it.
we still have 3more days to work on this maybe i can improve things a little more and just edit the final entry before the deadline.
seale yea maybe I should but we got only 3 days. but you can see a closer view of his face if ur using IE just maximize the zoom level setting.

I made an outline drawing of the snowman here. anatomy isn't perfect but I don't think its too bad.
what anatomy error did you see in this randize? what do you guys think? thanks just really curious.

I decided to add more details on the snowman and also changed
his color to white like a snow. ok I can call this done now for the last time.

you could try to enlarge his face a bit. when compared to the rest of the body it looks really tiny.

It looks better like this. I actually like his head smaller like that. It makes him look bigger. It's all taste though.

I'm particularly worry about the male, to be honest, you handle anatomy quite well, I don't have much to say, just take care of the small details like the elbows and joint structures, really can bring ur drawing to next level. Also it would be nice to have the pose in balance position, not in the sense of leveraging, but the balance feeling, cos u can have a character jumping and still have it look imbalance if not handled carefully.
The paintover below shows what I said above, there isn't much problem with ur anatomy, i'm just trying to get the right feel for me, easier i suppose haha.

randize his position is similar to this: http://www.aa.psu.edu/sports/mtennis/images/tennistennisplayersilhoxj8.jpg
imagine a tennis player when he is about to swing his racquet to hit the ball.
now maybe you can understand better why I painted him in that position that you said isn't balanced.
the painting doesn't show his whole legs maybe thats why his position is looking awkward to you.
thanks I really appreciate the opinions you guys gave me about the anatomy and other things.

Looks great, I dig the small face, looks like its lost in a mass of fur and that fits I think. Nice light and atmosphere.

thanks nihilicon. I painted him with a really big broad shoulders to make him look really strong. maybe thats why his head seem very small cause of his shoulder size.
its something similar to like Hulk. as you can see in this outline
of his anatomy that I made.

I realized I need to fix the anatomy of his neck and the muscles near his shoulder. so I painted that part more anatomically correct now... so I'm pretty happy with it now. ok this is really the last update now :)
