Dotloop Keyboard Shortcut Broken

hey guys! I just am wondering about the dotloop shortcut because I set my dotloop and dotring up to Alt+Shift+A and Alt+Shift+S. When I use them… They both do a dot ring.
I contacted a friend of mine who likes to hotkey everything and he said that he had the same issue. I have looked around and haven’t found anything on it so I figured I might try here.
Any suggestions guys? Or anyone run into the same issue? Or would be willing to test it and troubleshoot?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

Well just for the sake of anyone else having this problem... What I did was delete the keyboard UI file in the Program Files > Autodesk > Blah Blah Blah... Reset the Shortcuts, and resaved the UI files. It worked.
