Sketching?

Hi, i've noticed that most people work from sketches when modelling characters and things. My problem is that im not very talented when it comes to drawing. Does anyone know of any sites with tutorials for drawing?, or does anyone have any advice?

U'll have to register but its worth it.
When uve registered go to downloads and scroll all the way down. They're is a section called concept art try those VTM's
