Well, I must be crazy to join the contest now, but I couldn't force myself on one particular idea. Too much possibilites, but finally one theme really moves me.

I would like to paint (in one day! ha!:D) a man meditation in front of bone altar (or use of lost parts of plane, plants, jungle, etc). I want to play with primitive designs as I didn't study this subject before. His gift to the gods is his pain and struggle.

I'm attaching composition sketch.

Wish me luck, clock is ticking:)

Best,
Mateusz

I have the feeling I am getting closer to final with this update. Actually there is almost everything I intended to do. Some polishing left of course.

Please let me know your opinion on that one:)

chris_solo, chunkymunky, Seale, hulahuga Thank you! It really means a lot to me!

I was afraid of overdoing, which I have tendency for, so I am posting the final. Thanks again for all the warm comments!

This is really great work man- Lighting is superb and your brush work gives this still scene movement, my eye sporadically moves all around the piece capturing every lil bit of it- Mission Accomplished :P
