I can totally see it. One suggestion is that I think his face my be a little longer or thinner. I think it may just be the jaw line. Looking at your ref pictures you posted the 2 on the right show it well. Looks great though

Nice so far, you need to work more on the trousers which i'm sure you're aware of, the proportions looking pretty sweet to for so far too. Looking great :)

I agree with Crevasse, face still needs to be a bit longer. Not a lot, just a hair or 2. Also, I'm sure you know, but watch the symmetry. The folds and stuff are super symmetrical. Other than that, fantastic work, the wrinkles on the arms are very very believable.
