I don't know why, but somehow i don't see the picture..... He gives the white box with a red cross...
I like your idea and sunset decision.
only one small advise: try to go out of symmetrical look
Hi! )
I think, you need to bend our right mountain into left to make composition like bowl.
I have decided to remove the mountain on the left, as Akim pointed out it was making the composition to symmetrical. Having said that i did really like the shape of that mountain so it may turn up in a future matte at some point. I may add a small temple on the left or little rock formation but I haven't decided yet.

Think I am going to call this one finished.

Hi Claw, i think you should desaturate a bit the sky. It's too red/orange

It look very cool. I am curious what you are going to do to get the theme right. Its not yet an mysterious aztek jungle. When i see this i want to take a chair and relax when i see this backdrop :) Looks too peacefull at the moment.
The brief doesn't say that the jungle has to be aztec or mayan, isn't it? but i think that maybe the rock mountain breaks the idea of the jungle... try to add vegtation to that mountain

I really like the trees you put on top of the right rock formation.
Some things that bother me: The reflection on the rivers is off it think. The brightest area should be below the sun. The waterfall should be more in shadow I guess. The mid area forrest still looks a little too flat, try to break up the lighting that you applied to that layer a bit.

Thanks for the advice every one! I have desaturated the sky a little and darkened the waterfall. Also changed the reflection on the river (Good call 2BIG3K, school boy error on my part). Thanks everyone.
You have a great mood here, Claw!
