yay, I like it, but it doesnt look like the viking guy has good grip on the hammer. His hand is too small i think:roll:
Is it inpired from Thor the Thundergod?

Thank you!

I am inspired from WarCraft3.

Nice but... how can he use short hammer sitting on the back of a flying beast with wings? ;P

Of course he can!

This is a magic hammer named Storm Bolt. The dwarf throws it away to hit enemy and the hammer will come back by itself.

I think you should bend the strap hanging from the hammer. Everything in this image implies motion, but that strap seems to defy physics. I also agree with knut about his grip on the hammer. Otherwise, awesome! :D

Hehe... thought only Tor (Thor) had one of those, "Mjölner" (at least that’s what they teach us in school I think) ;P

Yes, You are right. In the myst, only Thor had one of those.

But in some fantasy novels or games "Flying Hammer" can be made by dwarf. Of course, the hammer is not as powerful as Thor's. but it really can fly.

 Hmm there are something xtrange in that image and in the dragon rider one too...

It´s kind of mixture between 3d and 2d? Or is a over painted poser model?

Both.

I use Bryce to create the background.
Use poser to create character and render in Bryce.
Add detail such as feather of gryphon or dragon scale in Photoshop
And repaint it in Painter.

Is there anything wrong? Or I post in the wrong place?

LOL, RBL! When I originally wrote my response, I said, "Otherwise, awesome model!" Then I went back in and edit the word 'model' out of it because I saw it was in the 2D area. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed it looked more like a model than a painting.
