This set of tutorials are presented by the 3D Artist and modeller Grant Warwick. The videos cover 90 minutes of modelling tips that orientate around hard surface modelling in 3ds Max.

Just love these hard surface tutorials! Grant you are a modelling genius...........admitadly alot of what you've shown us is common sense but we needed to be pointed in the right direction in the first place and you're tutorials are fantastic! Thank you very much :)

I would of gladly paid for this lol, for free thats insane! i been searching how to do hard surface sub-d modeling for my robot im gonna create, as im really rusty, this just helped me alot. ty

I guess i learned a few things about modeling, but I'm more curious about how fast stuff happened :P It's like you have keyboard shortcuts for everything

It is Sathe we are talking about here, he probably have shortcuts for shaving his beard :p

Really awesome tutorial mate. I am going to include all of your hard surface tuts in my modeling tutorial marathon the next weekend and then I am going to know all there is to know about sub-d modeling :evil:

It is just like a movie marathon for myself where I do nothing but watching tutorials of a specific theme a whole weekend and then try to make something out of what I have learned. It is a great way of learning (if you manage to stay awake, that is ;P).

I might post my results here if I like them :)
