Mental Ray and wich Lightning setup?

im very interested, to know, with what lightning, this obect have been made?

ANd with Mental Ray? Did he use only the a Diffuse Overall Colleartion, Subdermal, and a specualr Map? With my newbie eyes, i cant see , what he did ;-(

you really can't tell from looking at a final render what their setup was. Sure we can speculate what was done to achieve the final image but who knows how much was done in the 3D package and how much was done is post...
