This scene was made for a work on my job....but i could resist and i made some changes, giving some personal touch.. add the strecher some texture and light, and made some changes... I think that is one of my best works, i have to share with the comunity.

you might want to add tiles in the floor, and i havent been to a hospital recently, but where the wall meets the floor... is it sposed to be a gap like that?
looks very real except for that matress texture

i agree with the floor maybe i could uptade later some blur on the reflection...yes sarn is a picture behind rhe doors...the matress was a prob i want to fix it..maybe later ..on a uptade

i made some update on the mattress...i think is better now...

Looks good, but somehow the shiny/spotless floor doesn't seem to fit with the dirty looking walls and doors. I would clean up the wall and the doors instead of dirtying up the floor. If you dirty up the floor, then things won't fit with the clean hallway image you have in the windows of the door.

A baseboard where the floor and wall meet is probably needed.

As far as the modeling goes, this is one nice piece of work!!:D
